    18 warehouses we constructed in 2024. This was done complete, form begining to ocupancy permit.

  • Fitzroy

    This was an existing dwelling which was Architecturally designed and rebuilt. Made the most of small spaces, big open areas now to add value and comfort.

  • Carlton Project

    A renovation which was done in 2018. Architechtully designed rernovation.

  • Norfolk St Maidstone

    This project was given to us in 2020 as whole site with 3 units all on 1 title. We went through the process of acurirng all documentation and going through council to subdive the each Lot.

  • Embankment Grove Chelsea

    This was a a unit reovation in order to get ready for sale in 2019. We also did some external improvements to ad Value to the site.

  • Lever St Coburg

    This was a bathroom and toilet renovation. Needed to also add a vanity in the toilet where was nothing.
